We had a very fun 4th of July weekend! The first night there was the stadium fire so we enjoyed a nice neighborhood barbeque and then had a fun time doing fireworks in the street and watching the Stadium of Fire fireworks from our street.
My parents and brother joined us for the festivities and we all had such a great time.
The neighborhood kids got a kick out of all the fireworks!
Paul can never just give me a smile!
Jaxon and his buddy Tyce!
Hannah was pretty scared of the loud fireworks. She said they were too "woud".
Jaxon and his other buddy Sam. These 3 play together all the time!
Neighbors enjoying a nice game of phase 10.
Our wonderful neighbors supplying the Yummy popcorn! A big hit!
Jaxon just makes me smile!
Me and my first born! Love this kid!
Hannah was such a cutie and would only sit in our laps.
On the actual 4th we went to the Provo parade. We usually go every other year. The little ones were so excited and Jaxon got the biggest hit out of everything.
It really was a fun parade!
That afternoon we went to the Colonial Days at the Scera Park. There were so many fun activities for the kids.
They got to dress up and pretend they were in a school class. It was SO cute!
Playing games from back then.
Nice!
That evening we went to our ward Street of Fire Barbeque. We ate, kids decorated their bikes and scooters and had a parade, and did fireworks. Then we headed home and Paul did fireworks with the boys for about an hour in the rain. A very fun weekend but the kids were definitely exhausted by the end!
